Terms of Use

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Link My Droid. Each purchased license activates 1 (one) Mac. The app offers a limited trial period before purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to circumvent the licensing system, except where the law permits.
• Resell, sublicense or share your license beyond what is allowed.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play and follow Google's payment and refund policies. Refund requests must be made through Google Play's channels.

Intellectual property

Link My Droid, its brand, code and content are protected by copyright. These Terms transfer no ownership rights to you beyond the license to use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the user's place of domicile where applicable.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the current version, identified by the date at the top.
